Call the authorities (police/fire emergency) immediately. Relay to them all you know...name etc. They can track her down.

Call the ambulance. They can tell the zip code from the location of the call. Then call someone in her family.

Call an ambulance. Try to wake her up. If I know one thing, it's that you're not supposed to fall asleep if you've taken too many pills. If you can get her awake, try to get her to vomit.

****. I really hope everything works out okay. You have my thoughts.

Dial 999 or 112 for emergency services.

Contact her old house number, see if anyone is there? Have them call emergency services, 911.

Do you know what city she lives in, or her last name? Is there anyone else that she knows that you can contact?

Call an ambulance anyway. They don't just send an ambulance, they can tell you what to do-- and I've read you're actually not supposed to hang up on them like everyone does on TV. They probably won't just hang up on you when you need them just because you don't know the zip code.

Maybe you could get her to vomit the toxins out?

EDIT: just read your second reply... is she on webcam or something? are you sure she wasn't just saying she overdosed and sat back to watch you panic? It's a mean thing to suppose, but you never know, and it sounds like there's not much you can do if you can't even call her family...

Leave a message. If there's anyone near her that you know or anyone in the US related to her, call them. Also, tell your mom/dad or someone else in the house. They might know what to do.

Is there a way your local network service provider can track messages/communication? I have no idea, but it would seem to be the only link.

Well, if she's trying to kill herself and she told you, then there's a chance that she told other people as well. Hopefully it would be someone who knows where she is and can get help for her.

I'm not sure what can be done besides what you've already done...I hope she'll be okay.

    calm down

ring your directory and get connected to 911 that way

    inform them of the situation

    also

many people who try overdosing on a bunch of pills simulateously dont die

she'll probably throw them all up

heaps of people I know have tried suicide by overdosing on pills

    usually doesn't work

I don't know if this would help, but this site has a tool that can give you the contact information for an IP address.

Does she have a Facebook or Myspace? Perhaps you can find a local friend and get them up to speed. Someone knows where she is.

Do you know what town she lives in?

If you do you can find the local police department's number online. Go to google, type in the town/city + state + police department and you can find the departments website. They should have contact information listed. If 911 doesn't work for you call the department or the station and tell them her name. They will certainly call emergency services as they should be able to find her location in their database.

Then you are doing all you are able. As others have said, most who actually do attempt, don't succeed for a variety of reasons. Wait to get off hold and then proceed. Give them the facts (or as you know them) as directly and as calmly as you can.
