I'm looking forward to being a part of this writing community. After looking through several of the threads, it seems like there is quite a diverse selection of writers and writing styles here. Creative writing has always been a hobby of mine, though with work and being a grad student, I often don't get the time. But with the summer approaching, I have a bit more time on my hands, and I'm looking forward to indulging in this hobby once again! To me, the most interesting aspect of writing is exploring character emotions and thought processes. I enjoy exploring character pairings which present challenges and obstacles - unlikely pairings which often require greater exploration of the characters' psyche. For example, I enjoy writing diverse characters from a variety of backgrounds, and exploring how these 'unlikely' characters interact with one another. Thanks again for having this friendly community of writers! I'm looking forward to being a part of it all.
