This is my first time on a writing on a writhing forum like this so I'd like to say hello.
I'm a Future Sailor for the navy signed up last June and am planning to create a full length book before I leave.

    And as to questions:
How do I add a footer?

    Welcome, Joshua! :)

I was a past sergeant for the USAF. ;) Here are some Forum Rules to peruse. Pay special attention to the section on posting in the Writing Workshop.

Now, with the formalities out of the way, when you say a footer, are you meaning in a word processor document, or do you mean what we call a siganture here in your forum posts?

    Thanks for replying.
By footer I mean the signature at the bottom of a post I am pretty good with Microsoft word so i just used the term i knew. I want to add a signature to my first chapter when I post it.
Yet, I seems that wont be till I am good with this condition: Additionally, you must be registered for at least 14 days and have made 20 posts before you can create a thread in our workshops.
    Btw whats Wrey mean.

Etymologically speaking, it is a variant of Ray which is a variant of Rex (king) which comes from the reconstructed P.I.E. root stem *reg'- meaning to rule.

But in a more real world sense, it is my name. ;)

Not sure what hoops are required for the "edit signature" to show up on your profile page, but that's where you would create said footer.

Welcome. Hope your Navy experience is a safe one.
