Imagine that you are viewing it as an e-book cover on an Amazon screen full of other e-books. The title isn't in a font that's easy to read, and then it's black on a dark-ish mallet that's in the shadow at the top of the picture. As a graphic artist from many years back, I don't think it works, graphically. The title doesn't "pop."
