I'm Shaun, 26 from Stevenage in England. I enjoy writing, but I wouldn't characterize myself as a good writer or one with a future in the business It's a hobby! I write nearly exclusively Science Fiction due to my life long love of the genre, but I sometimes go outside my comfort zone and try quasi-fantasy or something. I'm taking part in the Sci-fi competition this year and my goal is simply to finish a story I enjoyed writing. I don't expect to win due to my less-than-professionally skilled writing, but I'll aim to put as much effort and 'skill' as I can into it! I also look forward to reading others work!

Just had a case of writers block, read a single page of Terry Pratchett(One im currently re reading), and immediately resolved I tell you, if I ever sell a fiction book in my life, i'm putting a dedication to Pratchett in it.
