Welcome to Writings Forums, Raphael. I hope you enjoy yourself and are able to learn from the members the same way they expect to learn from you. We all chill out in the Lounge, while the actual posting of works takes place in the Review Room. Steer clear, you must review two pieces of writing before posting your own. This is to make sure that someone surely reviews someone's work and no one is left out (for the most part). If you need help, write a PM to anyone online or one of the mods. If the scroll down the main page, you'll see a heading 'Review Room'. You can click on it or its categories, where different users have posted their works. You can read them and write your opinion about them the best you can.

Newcomers often gravitate to the Lounge, the Word Games, or the Review Room, but there is much more to be discovered if you poke in the corners. There are a few reasons why the Review Room is set up to require mambers to post reviews before posting their own work. One key reason is that reviewing someone else's work improves your own writing.
