Hello everybody. Just wanted to introduce myself here. This is actually first community that I am genuinely interested. Writing has been hobby for me for three years now. Just started it in army when I had nothing else to do on my boring hours. Books have been very dear to me for almost my whole life... but I always thought that I have no talent in writing. But then I discovered that it's not about talent but about the courage to pick up the pencil... So as this is my first community that I really want to commit myself, I try to review works, post my own and help when ever I have time. So nice to meet you all. Ps. if anyone one is interested, I am really from Finland... just a side note

As for the Review Room, new joiners often wonder why we do things a bit differently on this site than on other writing sites. We emphasize reviewing as a critical writing skill. Training your eye by reviewing other people's work helps you improve your own writing even before you present it for others to see. Therefore, we ask members to review other people's writing before posting work of their own. The Review Room forums on this site, therefore, are true workshops, not just a bulletin board for displaying your work (and on that note, please only post each item for review in one Review Room forum).
