I'm Bethy and I'm 16. I enjoy writing but I've never managed to complete a novel because I often get bored and fed up with my ideas, which is very frustrating. At the moment, I have an idea for a series of fantasy novels but I need to spend some time developing the plot and characters. Also, I'm not sure about how to start the novel in an interesting way, so hopefully I can get some advice and opinions here.
If you are struggling with a novel, why not turn it into a short? Shorts are often a great way to tie up ideas you are bored with. This way it allows you to come back to it and 'flesh' it out should you wish! Anywhooooo, Welcome
That is a pretty good idea. I think I'll try writing it as a novel first, though, and see how it goes from there. Thanks.
