Hello! I'm Amarantha. I've been writing basically since I learned how to read. I love fantasy and right now I'm trying to write my first real novel- hopefully I'll finish it before the end of high school and it'll be successful, but I'll just be happy if I make it through to the end. If I'm not reading or writing, I'm at my piano or composing something. Music is the half of my life that isn't writing. So, nice to meet everybody and I hope I can contribute!

Newcomers often gravitate to the Lounge, the Word Games, or the Review Room, but there is much more to be discovered if you poke in the corners. Training your eye by reviewing other people's work helps you improve your own writing even before you present it for others to see. Therefore, we ask members to review other people's writing before posting work of their own. The Review Room forums on this site, therefore, are true workshops, not just a bulletin board for displaying your work (and on that note, please only post each item for review in one Review Room forum).
