What don't you understand? What are you seeking? I'm assuming you are interested in writing.

 

I don't know... Where do I go If I have a story to post? I can't differentiate between discussion forums and writing forums.

 

Read the rules first, as Wreybies said above. You have to meet certain (easy) requirements before you can post work for critique. Have a little patience!

 

The Workshop is where you post, which you can't do just yet. (As Wrey and Minstrel pointed out.) In the meantime, check out the discussion threads. Most are about writing topics, but there are some others about other things.
