So Gannon, how do you and England feel about my boys' owner buying your United? Have they finally calmed down yet?
I'm from the blue half of the city so find it particularly pleasing that United fans were so p*ssed off. It's the ideal of the thing they were so annoyed with, the romantic notion of the beautiful game and the sad realisation that some 'yankee' profiteers had spoiled all that. Nevermind - my team has just been bought by a corrupt Thai ex-prime minister!
Heh. Well Malcom Glazer is a business man to and through. He makes sure his businesses succeed. Hell, he turned my beloved Bucs into Super Bowl champs! From what I hear United fans are starting to accept him. I guess they're winning or something.
I guess as long as they are winning they'll forgive anyone - let's see what happens this season with £50million spent on new players - if they don't win, then Glazer will be in trouble.
