How can I promote my blog on here??

hello, just curious about how one can promote their blog. I looked at the rules an couldn't find an answer. I would like to start some dialogues through my blog, as well as share my works, and connect.

hmmm, when i try to add my blog URL from here, unto my signature, a sign pops up and says I am not allowed to do it?

 

I can't either. Maybe you have be a member long enough or something like that.
As you can see I just wrote:

Including a link to your offsite blog in your signature is allowed. Pushing your blog in the content of all your posts is discouraged - it's poor etiquette.

Thanks Minstrel, those are the blogs I was speaking of. Just wondering if there was a way to share my blog, aside from people having to find it, here on writingforums.org

 

You can link it to your sig, but you can also make yourself known on the boards so people start to follow you, and possibly that way start watching your blog (and this way get a notification when you post something new). Watch other people's blogs, comment on them, make your presence known, and people will read what you write.

New blog posts are also mentioned on the right side of the page, so if you give an interesting title to your blog post, it can attract viewers.

 

That seems not to be allowed to New Members. I have to check if you actually had to be a Senior Member or a Supporter to be able to do that. As a Supporter you can bypass most requirements.
