    How to Write a Retraction: Content & Format

    Does anybody have any ideas in regards to content, format, length of a retraction statement?

    wth is a retraction statement? LOL

    The only comments I have is to keep it short and sweet.

    Other than that, I don't know if there is a standard format. Most newspapers and magazines have their own formats for such things.

    Mostly though, I would say what it was that you got wrong, say what is right, apologize, and then sign off.
