Well, Eve went out with a bang.

And I'm back.

 

YAY! SOMEONE'S HERE!!!!!!

It has been dead the past few hours....

 

DO the Drekk know our language?

 

They do. But think of them speaking it really badly and missing words off.

 

Raven, if there is some way that Mika's new abilities can be useful, feel free to bring that into play. Since I don't know what's happening next I can't have her be precognitive or hear their thoughts or anything.

 

Well whats going to happen is Lewis Artie and Hawke will descend into the Drill pit while Mika Spencer and the Doc will have to fight a large number of Drekk. basically you'll be surrounded and one of you will be killed. How you chose the fight through is up to you. But you will all be wounded.

 

I guess that'll be the Doc. I'm afraid this RP has gotten away from me a bit. I've been pretty busy lately, and this RP has been so popular and fast-moving that it's been impossible to keep up. Trying to find the time is like trying to stuff a block into a circular hole... a block that just kept getting bigger as time went on.

Anyway, sorry guys.

The End Is Near...

This Just In! We offer a retraction of a previous statement made stating that the group is in no mood for sex, drugs, or rock 'n' roll! It seems that, on that very night, Mika and Spencer finally fell for one another and locked themselves in a bedroom for the duration of the night! The couple now appear to be inseparable as we take steps towards the end.

How do we know its the end? 'Cause everyone's dying of course! In true Shakespearean style, the Unnamed Controller of the Circumstances is proceeding to have people killed off one by one.

But! Details first. The group departed from the outpost early this morning, loading back up into their trustee trucks. On the way, they were attacked by a Drekk craft. The ensuing altercation resulted in a truck blowing up, and also in the death of Gask. Chris and Lewis were marginally damaged in the incident.

Eventually the group made it to the Dome and split into groups. Artie got a bomb strapped to him, and was told to walk straight into enemy territory, which he did... Well, okay, he had Hawke with him, as well as Spence, Omar and Mika. The latter three were left behind to cover the planting of the bomb.

Meanwhile everyone else created a big diversion. In this event, Eve sacrificed herself selflessly, taking several of the Drekk with her.

And now, it appears that the bomb was planted after a brief encounter with Old One-Eye. Now, everyone is getting slashed, bashed, and blown up. We are attempting to get aboard the trucks and make our escape, but we wonder if this will be possible...

yes its true Deaths are coming fast and thick. The good Doctor has now fallen. Three will survive while the others will fall.

The group fight drastically to escape and the bombs due to blow. expect a quake.

 

And the final act has been played.

lol. Wow. Great ending. Though I think Spencer might have done himself in after that; to find at last what he'd been looking for all his life, and to have her right there and survive to keep her...only to have her die by his side. Well, he might not have done himself in, but.....well.........IS THERE A SEQUEL?!?!!??!?

 

I hadn't planned on a sequel and I'm not really sure this game can be continued in a second installment. So I doubt that I'll contine in a sequel.

I enjoyed playing this one though. I do have a few games in mind for next year. But at the moment I'll be concentrating on my Final Rybok's Rat pack story and the final ever Rybok's Rat Pack rpg.

But until next year I'm having a well earned rest from GMing.

 

Well I'm feeling slightly depressed that Sadie died.

Actually, apart from the whole defeating the Drekk thing it was quite a depressing ending.
