So if you read my introduction you'd find out that I'm working on a superhero universe, and one idea I have is a superhero who is an illegal immigrant, either someone who came here as an adult, or someone who came as a child and is able to stay through something like the Dream Act. So I'd like some resources to get an accurate representation of this subject. Any movies, documentaries or episodes of TV shows, that are both watchable and accurate would be appreciated as well.

Cesar Milan, the infamous Dog Whisperer, was an illegal immigrant before his fame basically got him American citizenship. Pretty sure there's at least one episode of his life where he actually tells people how he crossed the border etc.
