I'm thinking of starting another blog

This one I want to call "Till the World Is Free," quoting a line from Chesterton's "A Song of Defeat." Do I need to cite it in the title? The work itself is public domain, and I was thinking of putting more of the poem under it on the title thing, so that it would be:

    Till the World Is Free
For we that fight till the world is free,
We are not easy in victory:
We have known each other too long, my brother,
And fought each other, the world and we.
-G.K. Chesterton, "A Song of Defeat"

    Does that work?

Sounds fine to me, especially considering the poem is in the public domain and you cited Chesterton after the rest of the poem excerpt is provided.
