This may not be the answer you're looking for, but Youtube has a lot of videos on Indian weddings. I think there are even videos that show all the preparations that happen before the actual wedding. That might be a good place to start. I just did a search on Youtube and there's a Brahmin (type of Indian caste) wedding with voice-over explanations. I searched for "indian wedding explanation."
