Introduction and Question

Hi, I'm AlVic. I'm an aspiring horror writer. Had a problem with a story I'm working on, and figured I might as well join anyways. I tried making a thread in "Workshop -> Short Stories -> Horror", but it said I don't have privileges to post in that forum. Anyone know why?

Posting in the Writing Workshop requires 2 or more constructive critiques of other members' work for each new posted work.

and

You must be registered for at least 14 days and have made 20 posts before you can create a thread in our workshops.
