    Grammar Is this correct?

    "Last time he was sighted, was two days ago in the city of Yutang, in Kui prefecture, where his hometown used to be."

    I don't think I'd have the first comma after sighted, but other than that it looks ok to me.

    I agree with the others. Don't use that first comma.

    Exactamundo. I might put a "The" at the start, but it's okay to leave it implied. "Last time he was sighted" is the subject of the sentence, and it should not be divorced from its verb by a comma.
