That makes one of us, haha. I haven't worked a shift there in 3 months, a streak I intend to remain intact until I retire.
we drink mead quite a lot here, mostly at xmas - you see spiced mead and such all over the place in farm shops and craft outlets... a long while ago during my pisshead phase i tried mixing it with lemonade to make a mead slammer, but that wasn't a success
I decided to go with a Firkin of Moonshine rather than a Cask of Mead. Still an insane amount of alcohol to consume in one sitting, but I am going with the idea that her insides are so hot that she has to consume absurd amounts of food/drink to even function, let alone get drunk. Now the only thing I should concern myself is why on earth is a Clan of Desert Bandits main export a highly combustible moonshine lol. I guess I have the excuse that they're Pirates (well, they're kinda more ninjas but they sail on and rule the sand sea, hence pirates) and all pirates love a good booze. And when I say combustible, I mean, it's basically liquid C 4, it's perfectly safe to consume in small/normal amounts, but you absolutely don't want to be within a mile radius if a few Firkins of it go boom. As for why it's combustible, the plant used as one of the key flavorings contains an absurd amount of mana. I was thinking in this universe Mana could be an additive to Alcohol so depending on how your body handles/produces mana you're either a lightweight or basically a god.
Not that I mind you using the idea, otherwise I wouldn't have posted it here, but the word "thanks" wouldn't go amiss.
Did you not read my earlier post on the matter where I said I 'liked' that idea? If I say I like the idea enough to use it, that should be thanks enough shouldn't it?
