Has anyone here read any of his works- especially a Thousand Splendid Suns?- I can't help but marvel in how good that book is. Maybe it was just me?
Yes, I have read both. The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns are both so heartfelt and pulled on my heart strings. I've seen The Kite Runner too, it was good but the book is better by far. I hope he writes some more books, he is truely talented and they're my kind of books!
I have yet to read A Thousand Splendid Suns. It's on my 'to read' list. But I read The Kite Runner a few years ago and really enjoyed it.
I loved both those books so much. Wrote an essay on them for my A Level coursework as well (out of choice)
