I have used multiple programs to convert a couple of manuscripts from Word to .EPUB. Even though I formatted chapter breaks with section breaks in Word, the hard chapter breaks didn't come through in all EPUB reading apps. If they don't work in all apps that can open the file, I obviously have to dig into it and figure out how to fix it.
