arizona has its magic sometimes... but new mexico?... hot for nothing... and dry... and desolate... and the rest stops are bananas...

 

lol! I took my first trip to the States (and Arizona), this past June. My Canadian skin got pretty well baked; but there were definitely some great sights to see down there!

 

it's king cake time here in new orleans! yay~! king cake! and parades will start up soon. . . first time i've been home for mardi gras in a loooong time yay for the funness!

 

yea, i like all the states underneath it, but there are definitely some where my kind isn't welcome...

EDIT: i love Bourbon Street... i almost got robbed one year... good times...

not so often now... but i used to go out there with the family in the summer to see my relatives in louisiana... all over louisiana... we mainly cut it down to nawlins and baton rouge...

 

haha~ you said nawlins... i bet you walked around with beads around your neck when it wasn't mardi gras, too hehe. we're a fun city, though, right? where else can you get drive-thru daquaries? and drink outside of a bar as long as it was in a to-go-cup?
