Its for another thread - it covers a lady called Polly who lived in the same house from age of six until she was eighty - sent to live with her Aunts after her father died. (I think he died, he never returned anyway). She was interviewed by a journalist at the end and the once rural isolated house was now near a road with a roundabout. Its a Literary fiction/general fiction type book.
