    love scene between wolves?

Discussion in 'Character Development' started by Eurlo, Feb 18, 2011.

I am writing and want a emotional love scene that drags in a reader, but is also appropriate for young teens or younger....so my question is "how do i write this appropraitely for young teen - young adult, but with as much detail as allowed?"

You focus on being intimate and a feeling of closeness. Touching each other faces. Playing together. Chasing each other. Rolling around playfully. Play fights. Feeling each others smells and warmth. Eye contact.

You may read The Noble Dead series by Barb and J.C. Hendee, which has something akin to what you're asking in it. I think the particular book of the series you would want to read to see how it's been done is Rebel Fay. I'm sure there are a few others, maybe The Call of the Wild by Jack London (it's been a while since I've read that book so I'm not sure), which is in the public domain now so it's free on amazon in e-book format.

Weird as it sounds, go watch Disney's The Lion King, and other similar movies.

Hey, that movie deals with animals and emotional scenes that go on between them.

Look up natural mating habits and wooing methods used by real wolves?
