Mr Ezekiel "calm down man but you see i cant go get your scroll i was never taught to read." "You'll know this one", Ezekiel growled. "It's in the room with glowing mushrooms, its the only scroll in that room. Now go, and don't make a fuss!"
Frank looking at Mr Ezekiel i say "dont worry man ill go and get it." walking to the room i look back and say "anyone coming with me?"
I smiled happily "Yeah I'm coming we are looking for a roll right? Like to bake." I asked scratching my head.
Frank "me to and no David not the kind you bake." sighing i walked to the door. i walked and hoped that Dean was wrong
As soon as they leave Ezekiel's office they become turned around. When they glance back Ezekiel's office is gone and in it's place is a solid wall. The halls and rooms were working their magic and moving when they weren't looking. Such was the nature of the Underground Library. But they had the stone to lead them back once they found the scroll. "Ooooooohhhhh..." A chilly breeze howled down the dark, cobweb-y hall.
"well that makes things difficult." i say as i start walking down the hallway. hey Wyndii you still in my head i thought. now to find this damn scroll.
"So Frank do you see the person in front of you?" I asked as I saw a strange black shadow on the ground. I hoped it was a new friend.
Frank (g2g guys peace) looking i didnt see anything. "what are you talking about David?" i asked. then just to be safe i handed the stone to Dean and changed into my wolf form
"Oh never mind that's just your shadow. I get that confused with real people sometimes." I said. I do get them confused sometimes, I mean come on the only difference is one dark and flat.
Wyndii Woops! I almost forgot about that! I said to Frank, my cheeks burning. Changing the energy in my head so that it was only slightly different, i made it so that Frank would have to think that he was talking to me mentally so that i wouldn't hear anything else on accident. There, that way I don't hear you if you think of something you wouldn't want me to hear. When David mentioned Frank's shadow i smiled. He was pretty simple-minded but he appeared harmless. I looked at my own feet, sighing. I had no shadow -nor a reflection. Of the many beings i was created from all had some weakness, so i had adapted to avoid those weaknesses. Trailing my hand along the scrolls of the shelves we passed i paused as i noticed a scrap of paper wedged into one of them. Frowning, i tugged it out -the paper was newer than these musty old scrolls, why was it here? Unfolding it, i gasped as i saw the word scribbled hastily onto it: G.A.I.A
Samantha Being surrounded by books made me feel like I was back at the orphanage. The scent of old paper expanded my mind as I thought of all the breath-taking novels I had read, while the others kids played outside. I couldn't help but grin a little, becoming a little gold-haired. It was hard for me not to stop start reading all the scrolls. I wondered what kind of amazing stories could be found in a place like this. Or even better, new powers that I could assimilate. That idea excited me, as I had realized the night before that my powers weren't all that powerful. I mean sure they were useful, but I would have a hard time fighting anyone of these guys. I glanced at Dean. His white hair almost shining in the dim light of the library. He had been so nice to me ever since I got here. It pleased me, but it also confused me, as I had never had any friends. I had noticed he was always patting my hair... I wonder if it was normal for friends to act like that. Well, by the looks of Frank and Wyndii, it was quite a standard action. I sighed. Even the new boy had already began to make friends, and he had only been there for an hour, maybe less! Christopher on the other hand, had outdone himself. I recalled the events of the past evening where I just hid behind a pillar, hoping that the conflict didn't go my way. I should try harder to get close to these people. I thought.
" now does anyone know where to find this stupid scroll?" i asked then thinking to Wyndii i dont like this. so keep your eyes open and let me know if you sence anything weird.
I was pretty sure I had an idea of where to find the scroll "You think it's on a bookshelf?" I asked. "Pretty sure that's the most obvious place."
Frank laughing i say "yes David im pretty sure its on a bookshelf, but wheres the bookshelf?" smiling i think to my self that this kid isnt the smartest but at least hes honest.
The Scroll One moment they were walking down a long dark hall-- --The next moment the walls were sliding open silently to reveal a glowing green room full of treasure and covered in fine silty dust. Huge neon green mushroom grew from the ceiling casting everything in sharp contrast. Some of the treasures radiated an aura of menacing power, like a rose-tinted gold tritan, a banged-up helmet with horns and even a plain wood spoon. At the far end of the room was the scroll, which floated a few inches over a pedestal. At the foot of the pedestal sat a dirty lamp made of some kind of swirling purplish metal that warped anythign it reflected. The lamp had an enormous magical aura--it positively hummed with old powerful magic. The scroll was ready for the taking...
"wait." i told everyone "i dont like this ill go in and get the scroll. stay here i dont like this it looks to much like a trap." before anyone could say anything i ran into the room and grabbed the scroll. then started back to the others.
Frank smiling at David i said "if ya want i can get you a whole deer to eat." then i asked Dean "so wich way do we go?"
Woah a whole dear count me in. "Totatlly I once at a whole turkey once. Everyone was mad for some reason." I said happily
The Moles Suddenly the ground rumbled and a huge tentacled pink nose poked out of the ground. It twitched and huffed mightily, and then a huge Mole dragged itself out of the gaping hole. Right behind it were four other giant Moles and three smallers ones. They all had long dagger-like incisors and razor sharp black nails. The largest Mole pointed his nose right at the students and its milky blind eyes locked on them. It screeched and charged right at them!
"it wont be cooked though. i like my food alive when i eat it. but im sure one of them wouldnt mind cooking it for ya."
David smiled "Oh boy giant gophers!" he shouted as charged at them. He didn't both summoning Junior. He simply began to push magical engery into his fist and sent the attack into the leader mole's stomach at inhuman force.
The Moles Papa Mole squealed and tumbled back into his kin. The others crawled right over him and slashed at David with their long sharp claws. The entire room rumbled when the Moles moved. All the commotion made a green mushroom fall and it exploded green jelly everywhere. The jelly splashed over the injured Papa Mole and he started to squeal hysterically--his fur bristled and glowed radioactive green and he seemed hyper energized. Papa Mole flipped back onto his feet and bounded at them, his eyes now glowing vivid neon and his dagger teeth dripping acid saliva.
