"I'm not an ice bal!" I shouted defensivley "I'm gonna kill that Fae women and then I'm gonna send you through a wall Wyndii!" I shouted in anger I hate being called names especially by girls. She put up a shield..... I smiled as a thought creeped into my head. I pushed Wyndii without using any magic on top of the new girl.
I heard Wyndii's remark and said. "That is why I was willing to go with him. Don't think I'm dumb. I knew we would be stopped. Even if we weren't I could have tricked her into a black hole and had her torn asunder somehow. And I think the four of us could take that Fairy. But either way, I knew our temporary guardian would stop us. And you now I am probably the one with the most sense out of the three of us." I was wondering how this new girl would affect our 'team'.
Samantha As I am about to address everyone's greetings and questions. I see the other gril- Windy lunging at me. There was no time to just avoid her, so I had to do what I did best: I teleported over behind the white haired boy. As I did that, my heart skipped a beat. I had just used my powers in front of these people. What an idiot! This was my chance to finally be normal and I ruined it a few minutes in. I hope that the other girl doesn't get hurt...
Dean I turned around to see the beautiful girl once looking at me again. "Oh cool, you can teleport. I have something similar to portals I can open black holes and use gravity to my advantage! I have never seen someone who can teleport. You'll fit in fine here. As long as you get along with that guy." I said as I pointed at Christopher. "So what's your name?"
"You can teleport!" I shouted after I pushed Wyndii "I need you!" Today was my lucky day. I could just use this girl to get were I was going. Instead of that damn spell "Hey baby I need a favor?" I asked Samantha "Don't be worried everyone here is a freak."
Orchidia the Harpy "Screeech!", Orchidia cried in a harsh tone that cracked the windows. She swooped from her perch on the bleachers and circled above the students. "Chaos, turmoil, anarchy! Bad students! Screech!" The harpy dive-bombed the students and flapped her wings. A huge gust of wind knocked them off their feet. Orchidia skidded to a halt in front of them, her talons raking the pristine obsidian floor. "Everyone stop what you're doing", she hissed. "Or you will have to answer to me. Am. I. Clear?!"
Christopher stared at the bird woman in disbelief "You are really weird I said. But yeah I get the memo."
I flew off my feet onto the ground. "Hey what was that for, we were trying to get to know the new girl."
Orchidia "Hey what was that for, we were trying to get to know the new girl." Orchidia looked sharply at the student who had spoken. "You were doing more than talking." Then she looked at all of them with her piercing gorgeous blue eyes. "Do not go looking for Jenny Greenteeth. Do not summon her, or provoke her. To do so would be to invite death. If you think otherwise than you are highly underestimating her. Now--" "What is going on here?" The doors to the gym burst open and in came Needfyre herself. She had changed into a flowy black dress and let down her long soft hair. A ruby broach was pinned over her heart and it glinted ominously. Her face looked like thunder as she surveyed her students.
I turned his head "Nothing teach me and the kids were just having some fun." I said acting as calm as possible "Why what do you think happend?" I asked Needfyre. Hopefully we are all in the clear.
Needfyre "What I think is happening", Needfyre said, her expression still black, "is someone has upset the harpy. I explicitly instructed you not to upset the harpy. What is going on, Orchidia?" The harpy hopped closer to the headmistress and announced smugly, "They was planning to take on Jenny Greenteeth and her motley bunch of Feri. I heard them myself. Dumb students." "Is this true?" Needfyre crossed her arms. "Well, from here on I am giving you all a fair warning--do not approach Jenny Greenteeth's swamp. She is not just a Feri, she is a Genius. Every place has a Genius, a high spirit that inhabits and rules that area. Jenny Greenteeth is the Genius of the bog and the woods surrounding it, and as such she wields enormous power. No doubt all of you together might be able to defeat her, but that would be equally disastrous because every plant on the island would withered and die, and all the water would dry up. If that wasn't the case, I would have killed her centuries ago!" Needfyre threw up her hands in exasperation. "So, now do you understand?"
Wyndii I stumbled when Chris pushed me but quickly did a back flip to right myself. My eyes glowed ominously and i resisted the animal urge to punch him. Crossing my arms, i explained to Needfyre, "I know i'll be called a tattle-tail for this but I stopped Chris from teleporting after Jenny, then everyone else got involved. I had no part in it."
"How much power are we talking? Because I'm pretty sure I can take her." I was serious she didn't seem all that tough. She had a bunch of mooks working for her if I can call upon her and trap her for a kill her. As for the plants the school could always get anonther spirit. I looked at Wyndii "Shut up Wyndii." I muttered
I looked at out Professor and the at Chris and I smirked. "Yeah get it, Chris-to-a-pher?" I chuckled a little and said "No I'm just kidding. But Professor we were done with that whole situation we were trying to introduce ourselves to the new girl, who can teleport, by the way. I looked at Samantha and smiled and waved. Maybe she will be the one I will get to know the best.
Needfyre "End of discussion", Needfyre snapped. "No more questions. Just obey. Jenny Greenteeth cannot be killed or else everything green on this island will wither and die. And she'd probably kill a few of you int he process. Leave her be." The headmistress paused to let her words sink in. "Now--Christopher. You were the one who dreamed up this ingenius plan, correct? I can sense as much, my powers of intuition are never wrong. Three hours of solitary confinement in the Detention realm. Begone!" ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Needfyre waved her hand and a black portal opened beneath Christopher. He was sucked down into a empty black void and enchanted chains tied him to a uncomfortable carved wood chair. Floating red eyes glared at him out of the dark with murderous intent and a constant freezing wind blew at him. This continued for what felt like hours and hours, and suddenly the chains let him go and he was shoved out of another portal, back into-- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- --The gym. He landed on his butt in frotn of everyone. "Nice for you to join us", Needfyre said with a smile. No time had passed to everyone in the school, but endless hours had passed in the Detention realm. "Behave, or I'll send you back and next time I won't tell the Eyes not to touch you. Anyway." Needfyre clapped her hands. "Supper will be ready soon. Follow me..." She turned to leave, but stopped and said. "Unless...you want to have that fighting session right now?" She smirked and her ruby broach flickered with crimson light.
Samantha I decided to just stay quiet and get myself away from the situation. Apparently everyone there was a "freak", just like me. I didn't know what to think of that. My hair turned pure white at the glimpse of the harpy. A harpy? How could it be? "Supper will be ready soon. Follow me... Unless you want to have that fighting session right now?" A fighting session! This was getting out of hand. I walked up the woman who seemed to be in charge. "Um... Hello... I am Samantha, I was sent here but I don't exactly know what to do."
"Oh GOD YES! OH GOD YESSSS!!!! Let's do a fight session. None of us have fought each other yet, physically." I said stariring at Wyndii and Chris. "Professor can we have a fight session?"
Eris "Um... Hello... I am Samantha, I was sent here but I don't exactly know what to do." "Samantha? Oh yes, I had a vision of you coming through from the other side", Needfyre said. She smiled warmly. "Welcome to Mystik School. I look forward to counseling you. I see that all of you have a bit too much energy in your bones, so I suggested a fighting session. You don't have to join if you do not wish it." And then somebody started yelling. "Oh GOD YES! OH GOD YESSSS!!!! Let's do a fight session. None of us have fought each other yet, physically." I said stariring at Wyndii and Chris. "Professor can we have a fight session?" Needfyre chuckled. "Yes, yes. I would hold a tournament betwist you all, but it would take too long to mark up a chart. So, I will just conjure something for you to do battle with." She snapped and a flaming blue circle surrounded all the students. "If you wish to tap out, just step out of the pentacle and you will be out of the game. Is everyone willing?"
"I say we fight. I got some steam I want to blow off." I said I would love get my hands on Wyndii or Frank currently they both ruined my shot at taking down Jenny.
"Yes I think we should fight! Samantha you don't have to join by I would like to see what your teleporting can do." I took of my turtle neck and put on a black t-shirt. I did this so I would be able to move around more freely. "I'll take on anyone I haven't really got to get any energy out since the whole forest battle."
Samantha "Samantha? Oh yes, I had a vision of you coming through from the other side", Needfyre said. She smiled warmly. "Welcome to Mystik School. I look forward to counseling you. I start to shift my weight from one foot to another, the idea of using my powers freely was amazing, but well, they're not that much ofensive. Although it would be a good way to get to know these guys. I look at Wyndii and smile. It seems we're the only girls here. "Well, I could try... I don't know if I'll do all too well..." I mumble in shyness
"Yay!" I responded to Samantha saying she would join us. "I bet your powers are so kick ass. You can spar with me, I wanna see how you teleport and I can show you some of my powers. I think Chris is anxious to take on Wyndii. So, let him do that." So go ahead start the session, Sensei!" I said my final sentence looking at the Professor.
Needfyre "Okay", Needfyre said. "Remember, this is just an excersize to release your pent-up energy, not an excuse to be overly violent or destructive. I can't expect you all not to use magic under my roof, so this is an option where I can observe and referee. And believe it or not, I can learn a lot about you by watching you use magic. What I conjure is only a memory of soemthing but it is as real as you and me, so do not take this as a joke. So--let the match begin!" Needfyre stpped out of the circle of blue fire and began chanting in a guttural tone. "Magicordium sensus ovenda clenx..." As she chanted a royal purple corona bloomed around her head and the musky smell of roses filled the air. She touched her broach and it glowed dark scarlet. First came the head, which was covered in writhing vipers. Next came the beautiful face with its silver eyes and the toned blue-skinned body that ended in a long thick snake tail. She carried a studden iron shield and a curved sword and when she smiled her black tongue was forked. It was the Medusa, and she was ready to kill. Fight time!
"We aren't fighting each other..?" I raised my shoulders and look at Chris, Wyndii, and Samantha. "What do we do? Just charge?"
