Don't think too much will get done day 5, what with it being bonfire night. But I'll aim for another 1k...

Another unproductive day - after work, had to spend too much time on mod issues. :(

(to be expected, I suppose, on Election Day...)

3,454 words on Day 6, for a total of 21,782.
Pretty much my average for a week day, but then all I do is write NaNo in the morning, have lunch at noon, and work the rest of the day.
Barely any time for other activities such as forum surfing.

I think I'm going to have to cram on the weekends. I just have nothing left after work on the weekdays lately.

Is it possible for Nano to make you physically ill? I got 3k down the other night, and since I've been miserably sick. But nearing in on the 6k mark. :) I probably won't beat 50,000 before the end of November, but still.

3,269 words for today, up to a total of 34,094.
On target to wrap up this story on Nov 15 or 16, and then launch into a second one.

I found myself finding every reason NOT to dive into it this weekend, even though I had planned to try to catch up.

I don't want to drop it entirely, but I think the 50K in a month target will just drive me away from even trying to work on the piece; so I'm going to back off and just see what I CAN fir into my already overstuffed schedule.

    Even multitaskers have their limits!

Weekend was a little dire! Spent too much timing oohing at fireworks and not enough time actually writing...

Day 9 finished with 9,826 words and today isn't going well. Gotta pull out of this nose dive! Will write lots tonight... or perhaps tomorrow.
