Hi writers, I'm a part time writer who lives in the east coast city of Port Elizabeth South Africa. Perhaps you've heard of it? Not? Sob ... gnashing of teeth. My day job is a fine art valuer/auctioneer but writing is my real passion. I've had some poetry and some articles published but novel writing is my first love. I've just finished a fantasy novel but living on the dark side of the moon so to speak, finding an agent willing to look at it is a major problem. Anyway I love talking to people and sharing thoughts and ideas and I can communicate intelligently on many diverse subjects. Thanks for having me and I hope to post something very soon.

The Community Interaction forums are a great place to get to know people, to enter weekly competitions that will stretch your writing skills, and to simply shoot the breeze. The Writing Issues forums contain discussions and advice on problems you might encounter in writing your work and getting it published. Finally, the Review Rooms are where you can view samples of members' writings, see commentary on possible ways to improve them, and to contribute reviews of your own. Eventually, you may wish to post samples of your own there, but we do strongly urge that you participate in the review process first to extract the maximum value from the experience.
