Relax. Had you looked in this subforum you would have seen this is a common issue. It's just a glitch in the system. Try reentering the Workshop and if it still doesn't allow you to create a thread, create your thread in the Lounge and I will then move it over to the appropriate area in the Workshop. If it comes to that, where in the Workshop do you want the thread to land?
