Only just now did I click on UserCP and find out that I can track reputation points and finally set my gender.

......I'm actually impressed by my ignorance.


Did the rest of you realize it's location straightaway?

 

Not immediately, but I was directed to it within my first few weeks on the site. Although I would agree with you, it isn't ideally placed (and it isn't obvious that the CP stands for Control Pannel).

 

I went there before to alter my signature and then forgot about it. I didn't realize that there are quite a lot of other options that occur there

(for example, gender and reputation)

And yes, I think it would be more ideal to be like, say, next to the username at the top right corner?

Yeah I knew about it. More of a novelty than anything though.

 

I only discovered its purpose within the last month too - though if you know where to look all becomes evident.

Just figured it out via this thread. Thanks. Not that it makes too much of a difference.

 

Don't believe it took me all that long to recognize it when I did. Though I do believe it more attention could be drawn to it. Also, it could be sorted to give you better access to things.

 

Perhaps a reposition if not too hard is possible. Besude Log out or something
