What's the opposite of obvious other than 'not obvious? It's ... not obvious to me
oblique, ambiguous (sp??), indirect, vague, inconcievable (sp??) Please excuse spellings lol
If you check thesaurus.com, it should have an antonym section.
Subtle is one. It depends on context.
obscure, cloaked, unseen, unknown, vague, murky... as Cogito said, it greatly depends on the context.
I think 'nontrivial' may fit in many contexts. Unobvious/unapparent also seem existing words.

unexpected is the only word that comes to my mind, but then english is not my first language.
inconspicuous is lovely.

I abuse the word nebulous. I like the imagery it calls to mind.
