Skye smiled broadly, jumping down from her chair with Everic. She held her hand and walked from the door.

“Thanks Miss Ef.” She said as she walked out. She pulled her behind, as she headed for the kitchen.

She stopped in front of the kitchen, bringing in the smells. The smell of cheese filled the air. She looked down at the little girl. With her hands, she motioned eating.

“Food?” she asked, “Hungry?” she rubbed her belly, and motioned eating again.

Chaos puts Mortimer's limp body into the chair and straps him down. Chaos sighs and says "That bastard was tougher than I thought he would be, and we might not have even gotten any worthwhile information out of him." Chaos hears Niel say, "I told you this was a bad idea. You're staying in control until we get our arm patched up." "Fine." thinks Chaos.

Chaos looks at his arm again. There was a chunk of skin missing and blood was freely flowing from the wound. He walks to Dr. Francine's office. When he knocks on the door, he hears the doctor say "Who is it." "Its Chaos. I need your help with something." he says. Francine says "Come in." As Chaos enters the room, she looks at the blood flowing down his left arm in shock. "I need you to patch up my arm, doc." he says.

I got up, excusing Glenny who was still there.
    "Oh my God! What happened?"
I asked, startled. At the same time, I ran to my cupboard and pulled a first aid kit, along with a needle and thread.

Francine sighed, and dismissed Skye, giving her permission to care for Everic, but warning her to beware of John, in case he appeared himself. Glenny's eyes followed them as they left. He sat blankly, and stood, nodding at Francine as casually as he could manage, and followed suit.

All the frustration and the lack of sleep was making him tired, but he couldn't sleep, and better, he had yet to find somewhere to do so in the first place. He was alone again, what more could he expect.

"I wanted to learn about the strange things happening in this place. I decided to talk to Mortimer since I know him and Belleth have talked. Apparently he thinks there is a monster that talks to him at night. In exchange for the information I let him out of his chair for a little bit to stretch his legs. However he decided to attack me when I wouldn't join his crusade. Don't worry, I knocked him out and strapped him back into his chair." says Chaos. Francine patched up and cleaned his wound. Afterwards, Chaos went back to his room, wondering who to question next.

Mortimer woke up, strapped down to the chair. He winced when he tried to move. His arm had been badly broken at the elbow. Moving it into a more comfortable position, Mortimer leaned back. He spat up blood in the air and felt a bunch of dried blood around his nose. His tongue inspected his mouth. He was missing some teeth and the others were aching. Mortimer shrugged it off as part of his experience to suffer as the Messiah.
"F***ing little asshole," he said aloud, "Damn bastard got me. I'll get him back the next time, I f***ing will."

When Olena had finally gathered herself again, it was because she was Vira. Vira looked around the room, and, as always, resolved to put off her figuring untill later - she looked at the clock, and knew she'd been in her room for quite a while. Outside things were quite different, but she figured she'd ask Klesps what was going on.

Gregor considered Ambriel's words. Could it be possible? It had happened before. Handel finally looked up from his cards. "Were the words in your own handwriting? I'm sorry, but I have to ask."

Olena was in the hall. Why, she was just in her room, afraid to move, wasn't she? She figured while she was here, there was something she needed to do. She knocked on the door of Francine's office.
"Doctor Francine?" she spoke, "it's Olena Airye. I know everyone's been coming to you all the time, and asking questions, but I promise, mine is simple and it'll only take a minute."

Ambriel wasn't sure how to answer the question...she wasn't sure what the answer was.

"I...I don't know, I think maybe...but I am not so sure...I left them for you to see."

She hoped he would want to but, didin't know if he could shed light on the matter or not.

Looking from the corner of her eye she thought she saw someone looking in there direction...someone she had never seen before...if they knew that the mystery was real, they would be following her too.

"Gregor...I can't talk about this right now...there are too many dangers."

She nodded in the direction of the stranger.

As Ambriel walked Gregor looked at Klesps. "I .... I just don't know my old friend. Yes, it could be them but we need more proof before we act. We should probably talk to Francine - she no longer has the luxury of being a bystander. Not with John's daughter here."

Everic rubbed her belly, nodding with her head. Skye grabbed ahold of her hand and led her into the cafeteria. She got to the front of the line, grabbing a tray. She quickly grabbed two bowls of Macaroni and cheese, hoping she would eat that. What little kid didn’t like it after all? She then took two of the hamburgers and left for the nearest table. She little girl sat next to her as she placed the food and utensils in front of her.

She watched as she picked at her food with the fork. She tried a bit of both, but quickly ignored the hamburger and devoured most of the Macaroni. She smiled and ate very little as she waited for the little girl to finish. She smiled as Everic put her fork down, and looked at her with a grin. She quickly took a napkin, wiping the cheese from her face.

She again grabbed her hand and led her towards her room. Once there, she closed the door tightly behind her. She sat her on the floor, sitting her pillow underneath her. She pulled out her box of blocks, letting them fall over in a pile in front of her. Instantly she put them in piles by color as the little girl watched her with bright eyes.

“Blocks.” She said, as she finished putting them by colors, “Play.”

She sat next to the little girl and began to play with her.

I heard a knock on my door. I was somewhat angered, since I was hoping to rundown to the birth records' store and get something on John.
"Doctor Francine?" she spoke, "it's Olena Airye. I know everyone's been coming to you all the time, and asking questions, but I promise, mine is simple and it'll only take a minute."
    I sighed, and spoke:
    "Come on in."

Brenda was just done with the pill count which had to be revised and also the counseling
of few patients. Francine had come in late that day, and was rather tired and grumpy too. If not grumpy, at least tired.

Brenda had tried bringing herself to talking to the patients, but then had refrained from it. From a doctor's perspective, she had to assess their progress. But from Danielle McCarter's point of view - she had to shut up. However, in midst of this identity confusion, Brenda wandered off to Skye's room. She heard juvenile giggles coming from the room, and momentarily peeked in.

    "Everic!"
She shrieked out, looking at the adorable young girl play with Skye. Everic turned to Brenda, having heard the shriek.
    "Anti ma fieler friconsa?"
She asked, and Brenda could only stand there surprised. She didn't exactly know how to reply, but she had picked up some of the language.
    "Fri den friconsa?"
She asked of John's location, at which she replied:
"Jolie na ko. Daimun Souder Infinator."
Brenda was not happy, but she walked in and quickly picked Everic in her arms.
    "How did she get here?"

Skye looked up at Brenda with angry eyes.

“Let her down!” she snapped. She stood up, “She wandered in here. She came to us.” She grabbed the little girls hand, giving her a smile.

“Let her down please.” She looked up at Brenda, as her eyes gave a twitch.

    “Oral Enthusiast!” she yelled.

Brenda tried to shake off Skye, at which Everic cried out:
    "Gimaka en! Skye fri gohar."
Brenda didn't understand some of it, but what she did made sense to her.
    "Fo, gul-e-zain tou friconsa."
Brenda replied, stuttering a little. Everic then screamed, announcing:
    "Jolie EVERIC! Frim ka!"
Brenda sighed and finally put her down, at which Everic started playing blocks again.
    "I have to do something."
    Brenda thought out loud.

Skye smiled broadly, patting the little girl on the hands as she gave her the bigger of the blocks.

“Then go do it.” She snapped, “We’re not hurting anyone. She’s my new friend, and I’d like to keep it that way as long as I can.”

She smiled over at the little girl, in which she soon returned it.

She didn’t look back at Brenda, but she knew she was in for trouble now. For once, she didn’t care. She was having fun for a time, and that was something that rarely happened to her.

"Come on in." Francine looked frazzled, and Olena started just to say "nevermind," and walk away. But that would be rediculous, and probably be even more stress, so she mustered her confidence and asked her question.
    "Do I have split-personalities?"

Brenda groaned and then walked out of the room. She didn't' mind Skye having fun, but she feared for her and the child. The child was awfully cute and lovable, but it didn't change the fact that she was the daughter of a demon. If she let Everic stay here with Skye, someone would get hurt, and it might as well be Brenda herself.
    "Where is John?"
She thought to herself as she telephoned her friend.

I looked down at my feet, trying to find a direct but noncritical answer.
"Yes, but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. It's a really different and exclusive thing. You see, these personalities are just a part of you fragmented about. Nothing that can't be controlled."
I swallowed hard after saying this, knowing it would be hard.

Olena nodded. She opened her mouth to speak, but found she couldn't. She gulped, and then forced a reply.
"Okay. That explains a lot. Thanks." She said, and then she turned to leave.

I got up immediately, and cried out:
"Olena, wait. Please don't suppress this just like that. I want you to talk over this with me. There is something, I know."

Olena stopped, and turned around slowly. She searched Francine with her large eyes.
"I . . . don't really have anything to say." She said, and then her eyes grew unnaturally wide. "Except I'm sorry for anything my other . . . personalities may have done!?"
