    *plop* Here's another!

Discussion in 'New Member Introductions' started by Silent Lion, Feb 6, 2017.

    Hi everyone.

I've been writing on and off for as long as I can remember, but I've lost the knack/confidence in recent years. I figured that was pretty lame, so what better way to rekindle the flame than to j0in a forum?

    So hey and hello!

I think I caught the splash then. *wipes cheek*. I don't think it'll be the knack @Silent Lion . Confidence maybe, but the knack'll be there under the surface (senescence aside). I find acquiring writing ability to be cumulative, I figure it builds naturally as we age. We can't escape the written word nowadays, it comes at us from all angles, it's hard not to absorb it, and have it added to our layers. Those with a penchant for it too, well they can make even more sense with it/of it.

    Welcome.

Thanks both. I'm optimistic - confidence can be trained and changed like anything else. Just need some oil in those fingers.
