although an 'entourage' consists of more than one person, it would be the singular 'calls' due to it being a 'collective noun' [look them up as suggested above] . first of all, it's spelled 'amazing' on both sides of the pond... and again, as 'family' is a collective noun, you use the singular 'is'... however, 'people' is just a normal plural noun... so it's 'people call' and 'people are'...
