Procrastination Workshop

So I can tell you right now I'm going to fail mine. I was going to start mine this weekend, but then I tweeked my story and now I have a bit of research to do before I can get this thing off the ground. :S
-sigh-

 

Let's just say I'm doing a horrible job of keeping up with my goal....
between being on a trip and getting sick I've probably missed about 4-6 days out of my 2 weeks....
and I was doing so well

 

Just re-wtire you goal.

One hundred words a night/day is fine!

Even a sentence a day.... or a written idea or something. Nothing wrong with downsizing

 

Immediate goal-Finish 12 chaps of history by tonight.

 

I think what I'm going to do is restart my goal tomoorow or something

 

Im actually having one of those weeks thius week. Got a lot going on.

So im going to put my writing on hold this week. (Startback up next month).

 

(hey, it actually helps putting goals here instead of only thinking about them...I actually go forward with them!)

Next immediate goal-finish contour maps, pratice simple maps and finish the two SAARC chaps by 10.

 

I didn't make my goal. But I am gonna put finishing my first chapter on hold until I do the research I need to do. Need some hard facts in a couple of areas. I will still work on it if the mood strikes though.

 

Ok so I'm restarting with a new goal
this goal is too finish the first rewritten chapter of my fanfic sdtory I'm working on and to have it done and on the comouter in 2 weeks

 

I'm putting my previous goal on hold in favour of a new, better one. Not more than five minutes ago have I started writing a short story, and I'll publish it on the WF when I'm done. My done deadline is April 12th. I'm really excited about this one and am working on it currently.

 

I finally finished that chapter I was working on the other night. It ended up being twice as long as I planned and I'm not looking forward to editing it, but since I finished it I've been back on track.

Okay, I'll set myself a goal, too.

My goal is to write the rest of Chapter Eight by the end of this week (Saturday night). But, on a smaller goal, I'd like to have at least one page done today, and outline the part of my short story I dreamt of last night.

 

I haven't yet finished the first chapter of my novel. But I have finished my school assignment, submitted a story to a website, asked another website if they would be interested in another story. Also prepared yet another story to be sent to a mag in the mail tomorrow. So I have been really busy.

 

By midnight I would like to have revised three pages, probably finishing my first chapter. It is 11:08pm.

Time to get to work!

my goal - finish chapter five by the end of the weekend (its friday night now...)

 

For my school assignment, I had tell my instructor three ideas for articles or stories. So my goal, is to have a rough draft of all three, by next weekend.

 

I've gotten no where on chapter eight yet, which stinks, but I've been draft-writing about the school musical for the paper for about two days now. Just submitted into the 17th Tom Howard contest, can't wait until the results come in during September.

 

Well my time period for my goal is done and I got....nothing done. nothing at all....
so that would be an epic fail on my part.

But since I really do want to finish this chapter I will give myself another week to finish it. that way I will be forced to push myself more rather than telling myself "oh I can do it next week, I'm fine"
hopefully it will work.

 

Planning to get some writing done. Havent had the computer for a few days and well... what bettewr opportunity now that i have it again

 

I smashed out a whopping 4000+ word Scifi/Fantasy story yesterday. I was truely inspired and took advatage of it.


I also have a story and an article ready to mail out. Hopefully the mag and newsletter I am sending them to like them.

I recieved an e-mail saying that my last assignment has been edited and on its way back to me. So I will be working on my 6th Assignment soon.

I don't think I am busy enough..... LMAO
