My english teacher, who subtly calls us all morons, but in a way that only a few people catch it, making those few feel intellectually superior to their peers.

 

A nice hot cup of tea after I've been bawling my eyes out

A class of milk with more milo piled on top than there is milk on a hot day.

 

being able to see my hair moving in the wind

 

Going to the gym.

And listening to Lady Gaga.

 

Laughing over favorite memories with my friend, Julena, as we read excerpts from old notes we passed to each other while in school.

 

What happened hun?

I enjoy finishing the first book to a new series that I just found and really enjoy. I get all excited for the next in the series. (This just happened to me, hasn't for a very very long time.)

 

Exact same on both counts with me! Well, not the GYM exactly.......I love roller skating and feeling active, getting your heart beating a little faster and having fun with friends. Like outside, when we're all running around and trying to push each other into the snow. It's hilarious and so much fun.


And Lady Gaga is one of my favorites!!! I am listening to Speechless right now, as a matter of fact. I finally broke down and bought the complete The Fame and The Fame Monster albums, instead of single songs at a time. Best decision I could have made! Some of these lines really get to me. Especially in Speechless, the line that goes "And I know that it's complicated/but I'm a loser at love so baby/raise a glass to mend all the broken hearts of all my wrecked-up friends".

 

Joel got me both CDs recently, too.

 

Chemistry. Chemistry in school makes me happy.

 

Opening up to the exact page in a book you wanted.

 

My little dog who drags his body across the floor and wags his tail acting like a little clown.

 

seeing my 2 year old grandson on the web cam blowing me kisses.

Spending three hours on the phone while catching up with my past best friend...and discovering we are still best friends.

It makes me very happy.

 

I know I have said it before on here, but my space heater on a rainy day. I just want to fall asleep in the warmth...too bad I am at work

The last few posts make me genuinely happy. haha

 

My mom walks into Kohl's to look for shoes for my brother and comes out with fun socks for me. I am obsessed with socks.
