Oh, and my friend in Michigan. I hadn't heard from her in months, maybe a year, and then I get a letter. One small sheet of paper, with big handwriting, that says, "HihowareyouI'mdoingfineHopeyourschool'sgoodbye." Only that paraphrase may be a little longer than what she actually said. Jessica. . . . *facepalm* That actually is very happifying to me.

 

Haha, good.

Spring makes me happy... and noisy alarm clocks too. Seeing bats fly around in the evening, clean floors, curly hair and yoghurt.

 

I agree with lavandershy about Lydia's avvie.

And...

2) Playing Dynasty Warriors 6 and making new characters. I can't believe the names I've made up there. Too bad most of them suck in the battles. XD

3) Beating CoD 4: Modern Warfare and moving on to the sequel. I think that's what I'll do. I'll buy the sequels so it'll give me an incentive to play and beat the first game.

4) Waking up to my dog licking my face.

5) Waking up in a warm, comfortable bed and not wanting to get up at all.

 

The single player campaign for Modern Warfare 2 is fantastic.

(If you can stand to listen to 'History is written by the victor' quoted over and over again multiple times each briefing cutscene. They seriously overused it.)

 

Chicken feta from the Mediterranean restaurant Joel's friend took us to last night. Yummmm!

 

Right, right, but that's only happy if you don't have to get up. See, the same thing happened this morning, but I did have to get up, so I was mildly grumpified for a bit. So that's one with conditions.

 

Well, there is this certain guy, and he manages in making me happy every day.

 

Watching as the lad you've just created on PES wheels away to celebrate a 90th minute winner against Barcelona at the Nou Camp has a certain satisfaction to it.

 

When the wife out of the blue says "I feel like punching some holes."

 

The sound of the dishwasher and washing machine going at the same time. I can sit back and still feel like I'm getting a lot done.

Going to an auction sale. Great deals. Plus I never know what new characters I will find

When all three of my kids wake up HAPPY, stay happy, and play so hard throughout the day, they all go to bed early... and I get the night to myself

 

Finding cool things at Thrift stores. Today, I found a Hulusi...also known as Chinese Gourd Flute. I will add it my collection of ethnic instruments that I can't play yet feel compelled to collect. It will have a place of honor next to my African lyre and my pan pipes.

 

Twice in a row...hate doing that...but trying to find things to be happy about. Dinner with friends...where they pay for it...losing at Mario Party to good friends who are gracious winners.

Mosh Pits. A place were brethren can share sweat, blood, spilt grog, cigerette smoke, hugs, kicks in the head by unseen crowd surfers and plenty of wanted/unwanted gropes from all genders. What happens in the pitt, stays in the pitt.
