Random Things That Make You Happy Thread

My parents saying that they won't get us ice cream, but coming home with ice cream. I wish that would happen right now... I want me some ice cream.

 

Having the house to myself.

 

When random guys compliment you and call you cute compulsively. Even if it leads to nothing, it brightens my day considerably to have that kind of one-on-one attention.

 

The only thing that I can think of that makes me happy each and every time is watching my kids sleeping.
I quite often have days where I feel like ripping my hair out from the roots (having 3 kids under 5 will do it) and the only thing that makes me feel better is watching them all sleep. It's at that point that you remember how innocent and vulnerable they really are, not some form of monster that was put on this earth to drive you to the brink of insanity.
Watching them sleep is the best stress release ever!

 

Making them is even more stress relief. (Hopefully)

Yup that can also be a great stress reliever. Only trouble is it can lead to more stress, a bit tricky that one really. At the time it's great but it's the aftermath you have to be carful of, don't want anything left behind, unless it's planned of course...

 

This makes me happy.
