thanks Eoz. I'm doing my best to overcome it. It isn't easy to face a phobia at all, but I've got a lot of support to over come it now. Not just my friend Nikki, but ym boyfriend Daniel is helping me as well. <he loves clowns so I gotta over come it>

and LOL Raven, I think I should give the paper bag trick a go. Maybe I should use two or three though? hmmmm!

 

Oww, good luck with overcoming your fear Torana love. I know what it is like to be so scared of something, even thinking about having an injection of some sort has me chucking up and passing out. It was ssooooo embarrasing.

 

needles don't bother me unless it is blood tests on little ones...I hate watching them, or seeing a new born premature baby get a drip put in....it makes you squirmish that is for sure...

 

I hate watching other people getting them on TV or anything, and point blank refuse to get one myself. I have had two fillings before, and I had them both without an injection.

 

awww poor thing. I'd hate to be scared a needles really. THey have enough troubles taken blood samples from me as it is lol

 

Lol, I am going to have to overcome my fear one day as needles are something I bet I will have to have at more than one point in my life. Same as swalowing tablets. I cannot do that either, my throat just closes up. I have to have disolvable painkillers which taste horrible.

 

I also hate needles but for me its more the dentists needles I hate.

 

I don't like any of them, at all. My mam is actually looking into therapy for me for it but I'd feel like too much of a pansy going to therapy for something that daft.

 

Therapy can be good.

 

Not all that afraid of needles... it's a poorly skilled nurse that'll do you in.

 

I'm not a fan of needles either, the dentist once slipped with a needle halfway in my gum when I went in to have my tooth removed and I remember a trainee nurse trying to find my vain which took way too many attempts! Been put off needles since...

LOL no but my eyes are sore I couldn't wear my glasses while taking those shots

 

Hahhahaha. Glasses are fun. Once you get used to them. Wait until you have to take something out of the oven and the steam foggs your glasses up. That's happened to me a gazzilion times cause I forget that I'm wearing them and then you wear them heaps and it feels strange without them.. and I'm babbling.... again.....

 

LMAO yeah that should be fun when I put them on for the first time I was like oh that's what stuffs meant to look like
