You need to get your research done. Look up the topic and gather all of the notes you can, organise them and write down your Thesis, who your audience is, and what you want to convey to the readers. Occupational and Physical Therapy is a broad subject...I am sure you will need to focus your topic in a certain direction...this is why it is ever so important that you do the research...good luck to you!
