Just found out that Crad Kilodney, the ultimate do-it-yourself author, died April 14, 2014. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/toronto/a-connoisseur-of-the-strange-and-bizarre-crad-kilodney-railed-against-hypocrisy-of-the-world/article18594961/ For anyone who doesn't know who he is (and I guess not many people have actually heard about him, which is truly a crime), let's just say he wrote completely crazy and absolutely delightful stories and printed and sold them himself, on the streets of Toronto in 1980s and early 1990s.
