I'm not sure how to really where to start on opulet origins, i'm in but i wanna get some ideas of what other people are doing for characters before I make mine. How are the other ideas coming as well?

 

Hey, i'm really sorry for posting this here, but i love to RP, and i'd love to be part of the RP, i see their's not one up and this is an idea thread? Am i allowed to post an idea? I mean, i'm a new member etc? is that ok? dont wanna tread on any toes or anything

 

I THINK new rpg's are down because we lack a mod to over see them.

What a shame, i always wanted to RP (I always said that but always lacked the confidence to actually do it)

Here hoping a Mod s found and things kick off.

 

I know that there has been a hard core group that set up RPGs from time to time. It seems that it is mostly just un-moderated, and so hit or miss as how well it works. Sounds like there's quite a bit of interest from lurkers and new members. Maybe we should set up a poll and see if we can motivate the admins to apoint a new mod.

 

I'm sure something is being done (should hope so)

Would be a waste having something like this collecting dust.

 

From what I've heard there isn't anything really in the works for the RPG forum, however, DustinTheWind had promised to start a new RPG soon... I was kind of waiting for that to try out the RPG thing.

If it doesn't happen soon I'll have to GM my own RPG...

 

Hmm... It seems that Opulent Origins was a failure... And you're wrong speedy. As far as I know, no one cares about this part of the forum... We need a mod, even if its a self appointed mod, we need one.

 

Its also a tough time of year right now. A lot of people are transitioning to school and what not . I know I've got a bunch of deadlines in the next week or so, but after that I'd like to solicit some people to get something started in the way of and RPG.

 

Yeah, sorry. I got distracted by school. Hopefully I'll get it up this week.

i agree, i used to really love this place. I hope we can get it up and running soon.

 

I for one, even though i'm realatively new would love to do an RP, i've RP-ed alot over the years, and they can be truly magnificent if their are dedicated people etc.

 

Okay, I have Aeverlest posted. It's not perfect (quite frankly, it's still more cliche-ridden than I would like) but who cares. I can iron it out as we go.

Once it's approved I'll make a discussion thread, then we can get this train wreck a-rollin'!

That one sort of fizzed out, although I guess there's no reason we couldn't try to bring it back. I certainly wouldn't mind playing as King Quoten again.
