@Pheonix, NO WAY!! That is like rad! I think i'm getting a little bit of that too. But not just being in other realities...but also being other personalities. :) Avid RPG writers could be diagnosed as having multiple personalities. Haha.

LOL, sad to say I'm very guilty of this. :p Thinking into the minds of my characters is one crazy ride!

Oh, and you can't forget that RPGers are all mind readers and have linked minds over the course of cyberspace. It's been more than once when some of you have done exactly what I had been hoping or something similar during character interaction. :)

@Jess Now that i'm GMing a game, I understand exactly what you mean! There is a mental network of RPGers! It's like the subspace highway from Scott Pilgrim (If anyone has seen that movie/read those graphic novels, and liked them, you gain 20 points in my opinion of you!)

@Phoenix :( I don't get any points. I'll have to look into those, they sound awesome! But, yes the similar thinking with players makes me laugh. Guess since we're all human and writers we share the same ideas! (Or are some of of us not human? You all seem to know a lot about other species. lol :p)

You know what!? It would be funny to have a totally RANDOM Rpg...just for the fun of it. Like, no pre-plotted storyline. No checking the character sheets with the moderator. Just see if we as writers can write a decent story without a pre-plotted course. Of course no god-like characters... anywayz,
It probably wouldn't last long...but it would still be fun to try.
I'll message losthawken and see what he thinks; but first would you fellow RPG'ers be intrested in something like that? :)

I'm new here, but have done that before on other forums
It's fun at the beginning, yet the lack of plot, usually ends with lack of motivation from the players

I'd expect it to not last long...however this is an amazing group of writers. I'm half hoping (if we do this) we would have the skill and fellowship to make our own storyline as we went along.

Remember: "There is a mental network of RPGers! It's like the subspace highway from Scott Pilgrim."

    Well it could work.
It still would require rules to avoid players to be uncontroled I think.
Also an starting point, or a base, otherwise from a complete zero it could be hard to grasp.

I'd be up for that! I'm like thinking of all the ridiculous settings you could do!! It could be like warped worlds with time travel! Or like a chase through time...or a battle on an island...or adventures on an ocean voyager...or another superhero one...or...yeah my brain is rolling. :p

And, I agree we have such a great community here! I'm happy to have found this place and you lovely peeps. :D

Well I agree with it, I love RPing, and this forum seems to be active at it, what is good of course and one of the reasons why it caught my interest.
    Hope it works though

Ooh...warping through dimensions. Most likely senario. Time Travel could also be hilarious but a little restricting in some aspects. We'll see.
@Asune, I agree. Definetly need a base. Trying to think of something right now.

I would LOVE to do an RPG with going through different dimensions. You could possibly still have an Main NPC trying to find people and stuff to keep the game moving. Think of all the crazy places that character could look! Lol

Well I sent losthawken a PM to see if he would allow such an Rp. In the meantime...I write up a rough draft of the idea.
@JessWrite...you just gave me the final peice.

By the way, if you're looking for some crazy character ideas, try Wors Games. Not to toot my own horn, but, I've got a thread up on semi-useless superpowers. It's a good read if nothing else :)
