Ok guys, this is just to see who would be interested in this game; if I get enough support I'll start it, if not, that's fine. ExperimentsIn the not-too-distant future, the world has been wracked by nuclear and biochemical warfare. The EU and America have joined forces against Russia, China and Japan, and both sides are scrambling to develop the ultimate biological weapon. The Americans have created the Bio-Weaponry Research and Experimentation Laboratories, a huge underground facility under the plains of Utah, now a smouldering, nuclear wasteland, to do just that. The BWREL conducts horrific experiments on people they have taken from the few remaining habitable zones in America; "all in the name of science". The constant experiments have mutated the experimentation dummies, as they are called, far beyond recognition as humans. The Experiments are imprisoned and most have been driven to madness, but a few dream of escape, thinking of the lives they once led on the surface... This story takes the viewpoint of a few of the experimentation dummies. The ultimate aim is to break out of the facility through any means possible. As already mentioned, the constant experiments have mutated the experimentation dummies, so when you are making a character, go wild with the possibilities! Extra limbs; additional senses - but remember that not all the alterations will be beneficial; mutation is a pretty random business, after all. Ok, now for the rules: 1. No "God Mode". Don't try to control other people; if you want someone else to feature in your post then do a collab! 2. Remember that this is a collaborative writing project - it's not just you writing. Don't hate on other people - they're trying as hard as you. 3. Out of character talk is only to be posted in the discussion thread. 4. Please try to write a good paragraph at least when you post and advance the story - no "one-liners". 5. When you've thought of a character, working from the character specs below, PM it to me before posting so that I can approve it. I will reject stupidly overpowered characters, though. 6. Oh mama i already made several characters that would fit perfectly into this... but every game i put her in tends to get jinxed. ugh.... One...more...time....
As soon as I read this I had the perfect character in mind. It's a new one, because... I don't know, I got inspired to write a new character. I suppose I'll join, because I'm not in enough RPs to keep me busy just yet If only my own RP would get active though...

My character are more like: "Hey, you don't know me, but I think I would suit that RP/story perfectly. Oh, by the way I know you're awake, I don't think this can wait until you're asleep so now the idea of me is going to bother you until you work it out."
lol, mine tend to "grow" if you know what i mean. I started out with a simple alien-like character in my mind, then he went from black to white, from serpentine to arachnid, but kept some characteristics of both. just saying, his venom is lethal, and works like acid, but he has so many weaknesses.... has to drink blood to live, like a spider, he can't stand sunlight, as his skin will melt off and he will be blinded by it. he's also pretty delicate, but fast and can stick to anything.

I would get on Mac's back about this but i think it's time King and I go head-to-head to see who can make the most insane character. (finally got the drawing of him done too!) @Kingtype ya in the mood for a duel of wits? or no wits for that matter?

@Keitsumah I'm taking a leaf out of your book and putting foreshadowing in my name for Tara's RP; my character is called Cian Caoineadh (look it up. It's irish).

Since we've not started yet I would say Newtonium is still accepting character sheets. And since we're only with 4 so far I think he wouldn't mind adding some extra people to the game
