Yes. The rat pack series has been going on for a long time on WF. Though this would be the first one that I will have a chance to play.
Its been a long time Since the last Rat Pack game and since I've come to an end in the stories I thought one final mission was in order. To date Rybok's Rat Pack I: Space Station Orion 66 – XII has been the most successful game this forums seen. The two sequels also boasted a good rate of players with some bloody brilliant gameplay. And I always wanted to finish the games off but never had the time. Until Now. The first two even drafted in Cogito and his character Jared Slovnyk who was most certainly Rybok's nemesis. I would love to play one more mission and re-live that kind of rapid game play.
Very shortly I am going to start writing up the game and mission. Because the there can only be 12 criminals I can only accept twelve players. so anyone who doesn't want to play please don't take a slot. it was almost chaos last time. And as in the previous games there will be great amounts of action adventure travel and horror.
Uhm, I would be interested in this, but right now I'm not that familiar with the series... So should I sign up and read the series or rather give those who are familiar with the series a go?
You may wish to wait until Raven finishes setting the game parameters. It will affect character creation, particularly equipment and weapons. I'm tentatively planning to have Jared Slovnyk (The Killing Jar) make one final appearance in the RPG series he was originally created for. It does depend on what my schedule looks like closer to game launch, though. EDIT: The original games are no longer up for viewing.
Like Cogito said wait until I put up the game before joining. But again please don't sign up if you don't want to be active. I also siggest everyone Reads The Killing Jar. Its a great story and shows a better insight into the only criminal to survive.
Just finished reading The Killing jar and Cold Pursuit; I definatly want in on this. Completely different from aything I've read before!
