Say Something Nice About Somebody

I can see us all there now. There will be a slight chill in the air, so we'll leave our jumpers on. We won't need shoes or slippers though - cosy wool socks will be enough as we warm our feet by the fire. By candlelight and starlight and moonlight we will share our work, reciting each other's dialogue, laughing and crying at parts both funny and sad. An unending supply of hot tea will keep us awake, and a constant chorus of "don't mind if I do" will accompany the passing round of a plate of hobnobs.

Eh, haven't been around as much as I'd like lately. On the flipside, at least partly thanks to writing (but mostly due to a huge-ass thesis proofreading project...)

Absolutely. Favorite colors? Any allergies? Shoe size. I love knitting socks.

 

Favourite colour is yellow, and I’d like big wide black and yellow stripes. Like bumble bees. But socks. Bumblesocks. I’m not allergic to anything, and my shoe size is men’s UK 11. I like a moderately elasticated ankle

Honestly this forum it full of awesome, kind and wonderful and supportive people which is one of the many reasons I love it here so much. But if I were too signal anybody out it would be these nice folk:

Ah, I don't think you're too bad!

 

Believe it or not I just made a black and yellow striped hat and I have enough yarn left for socks.

ETA: It's alpaca and wool blend so it's super warm and soft
