Conscious people are pretty much the important characters. In other words, the playable character + any NPC of importance I have in the game.

Ok, won't post anymore today, so others can catch up with it. SPOILER, Don't read until you know what's going on Spoiler So here comes the decisive point. Scarlet Nocturne will play the story of any character. Excluding the performers, they will be drop into Anheldrim a random time before the event (can be months, days, hours. It depends of the character who'll play the story). And on that point, all characters will be bound to the story of the new temporal GM, who'll lead the events unfolded on it's own story. Also as it's a world reshaping, it can be any kind of story within the structure of the world. Either inside the town, or outside of it. Even in a modern war, or fantasy, or perhaps of a different kind. So those who want to GM, start thinking their ideas.

Yeah, wanna advance, but I want the other players to catch up what's going on. Or at least Keitsumah, Snowman and Pheonix as the others haven't posted really. On the other hand. Now it cames the CO-GM part, so I also wanna now who want to GM the story of its character.
- The philharmonic of Eisendin performed their act at the great concert hall. At the same moment Elean Valent approached Nadia claiming that he knew her. - Elean replaced Corel and lead the philharmonic to play a last melody - They played the incomplete version of the Scarlet Nocture, the melody covered the whole Anheldrim, driving most of the population into a trance. Only few resisted the hypnotic effect of the Scarlet Nocturne - Elean forced Nadia into the stage, revealing that she was a murderer. After that he beat her up in a very brutal way. - Three members of the philharmonic withstood the Scarlet Nocturne and revealed themselves to be into this with Elean, these were Maria, Vasco and Angelo. - After beating up Nadia, Elean asked Vasco to heal her and place two painting on her forehead, one that only forced her to speak the truth otherwise it would cause excruciating pain to her. The other was to not speak about her viewpoint, neither about details of any event as long as she remains feeling regret yet not shame of them. - Elean explained that what he played was the incomplete SN, asking to reveal the truth of the world, however being the incomplete version it triggered a different effect, something alike to a competence between those that withstood the Scarlet Nocturne... To ask for a truth while playing the incomplete sheet would deny the happy ending, yet that was in real because it gave the chance to many to modify the truth of the world. For this the song of the gods would test any participant. - A pillar of light formed outside the concert hall, waiting for the first participant to play its story.. On the meanwhile inside the concert hall. After exposing that, Elean decided he acted fair enough, thus he decided to eliminate some competitors, starting with Jaharra. Currently Jaharra is fighting against the philharmonic member. Vasco painted a giant statue or doll armed with blades and weapons that is currently fighting her.
Oh and some expressions of the philharmonic members had been revealed Vasco can create rules and automatic beings via painting with his brushes, he is also able to produce music with painting Angelo can create a small field with rules via playing with his trumpet. The field is shaped as a black circle, and everything within it is forced to follow the rules of the area. Until now he had used it to warp from one location to another, or to restrain the escape from the circle. Maria and Elean not revealed, though both carry a revolver.
Okay, I'm gonna post now... But first, can you explain a little more what exactly a rule is in your mind?
A law. Let put an example with real life Time is something like an inherent unalterable law. If you need another example think on gravity Any time in a RPG I refer to a rule, is something like that. Something that will work as it had forcefully been forced as a natural law. However in Angelo's expression it's limited to a small radius represented by the black circle that appears in the floor. For example he plays the trumpet in a way that add the law of warping, then two circle become connected and it becomes a law for a body in one circle to warp to another one. Yet this doesn't affect those outside the circle, as they do not belong to the enforced law. Similar with the circle of restrain, this one has the law of been unnable to be abandoned. Hence crossing from inside the circle to the outside it's forbidden. Though it doesn't forbid the opposite, yet it would be risky too. Anyway Angelo can't maintain his expression for too many time.. Oh a good example would be Lebreus with his skill the End that modify the outcome of a situation, turning it into the natural outcome that is enforced by it. Or the origin that modify the very beginning of something.
So, if I said that it was a law that while Arthur had The Face That Stopped Them on, no one can look at him and remember that they did, would that fall into your definition, or do I not have it straight?
It depends on your ability.. lemme check And of course if things go too broken I may have to restrict a bit.
