Sorry I didn't contribute much to all this, I had to work today, and I won't be on to much this weekend either, but I'll try and get Lydia more active monday!

 

I just had a brainwave and holy mother of god, I think I just came up with the best, most solid and most interesting backstory for my characters to date! Part of me wants to spoil it all to you, but instead I am just going to reveal it all slowly through my writing. I am actually quite excited about this!

@Macaberz Raven most likely doesn’t have a solid connection to Mordin and Thomas, because she’s not interested in magic and I don’t really see how they can be connected in another way.

@Newtonium Since Raven and James are about the same age, both like to sneak around and both know many things about many people they probably know each other. I think they could have shared gossip and maybe also the places of some secret passages when they were younger.

@Fan7asticMrFox Raven and Malefius probably don’t have a solid connection, for the same reason as why Raven doesn’t have a solid connection with Mordin and Thomas.

@Arannir Raven and Falcor have probably met and maybe they talked once or twice, but I don’t think they knew each other very well.

@motormouth1312 Until recently Raven and Tyson had no connection, although Raven knows who he is because she knows most people at least by name.

@Love to Write Nikko and Raven are about the same age, but due to the difference in status they probably didn’t know each other.

Lydia and Raven know each other; they have met and talked to each other. They probably get along fine, but they aren’t close friends.

@AnonyMouse Raven has heard of Serana, but I don’t think they know each other. Raven probably envies Serana because of her beauty.

@Simpson17866 I don’t think Raven has a solid connection with Marcus.

@Crumpets Raven and Key probably don’t have any real connection either.

@Keitsumah Raven probably knows Annette, because they are about the same age and both servants. Although they are very different I think they get along well. Raven respects and trusts Annette because of the way she behaves, but she never told Annette her secrets.

If anyone disagrees with any of the things I said; feel free to correct me.

 

Some cracking collab posts guys! Really liked the tension in Serena's group and the bit at the end of Tara and motormouth's post was brilliant! Keep it up!

 

Thanks fox, we thought it needed a bit of humour, couldn't of done it with out Tara though.

 

thanks @Tara -i needed someone connected to Annette one way or another, and that one sounds very realistic by far.

Okay, Annette is next to Mordin, and hasn't removed his hand yet to keep Lord Jaros from bleeding out should they argue, but is willing to put the bandage on after cauterizing the wound if he gives her some space.

also, key may need to stop acting like a wussy and pin Lord Jaros's arms- being burned would NOT be fun to say the least so i doubt the man would hold still.

 

Wanting to post but completly drawing a blank on what to do. Looks like it's getting a little crowded in the cellar. Anyone else in the servant's quarters aside from Nikko, his servant Bartrand, and Lydia?

 

Unfortunately I am not going to get chance to get on to write tonight, but tomorrow evening I do plan on moving the story along.

We are all relatively in the same place, so once I move malefius down to the cellar tomorrow we can get going on this grand adventure!

 

Now I am left to wonder what happened. Let me take a look read.

 

Aw, crap, I guess I have to edit. I didn't see Mac's post, cuz the site didn't say there were new posts. I had Serana use a healing potion. It seemed like the "duh, here's an obvious opening for you" thing to do.

also, i think serena thought of the torches as crude wooden sticks with flame at the end. In wealthy homes they ran on cloth, oil, and were capped by metal.
