I have yet to start sending anything in to anywhere. However I am starting to do some research and I remembered Cogito or someone posting a site that had a bunch of publishers and it said whether or not they were seeking submissions. I tried searching for it on the forum, but I haven't had any luck. Does anyone know what I am talking about? If so, could you point me in the right direction? Thanks. EDIT: This is intended for short stories. I realize that its best to get an Agent for trying to publish a novel.
